NO. We ship within New Zealand only. In store pick up is available if buying for your local loved one or we can ship within New Zealand at $15 standard post or free for orders over $250.

Usually orders are shipped and delivered within 2-5 business days. Orders are processed next day and dispatched Tuesday to Fridays only, excludes public holidays.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, debit cards and After pay.

We will send tracking information to the e-mail address associated with your order once the item has shipped. If you have not received your tracking information and it has been over 2 business day, please contact us.

We hope you loved your purchase, but if something is faulty or incorrect please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We do not offer change of mind return requests on any item.

If you believe your item is faulty or we have sent the incorrect item please contact us via email at hello@thecovepicton.co.nz so we can fix the problem ASAP.

  • Items must be in original condition, unworn, unaltered and with original tags attached.
  • We offer returns on full priced items only. Sale or Clearance items are excluded.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept requests for Swimwear, Beauty, Skincare or food items.
  • You will be required to cover the return costs.
